The last day to make any changes to your account for the month is prior to your next plan date. If you change your apparel size after that date, the change will take effect starting with the following months box
If you would like to return your apparel to us, we would be happy to exchange that for you. Please send your shirt along with a note of the size you would like sent back and your subscription account information to:

Once your apparel is received back to our warehouse, your exchange will be processed and you will receive a followup tracking email for your new shipment. Apparel must be mailed back for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the box. If the requested size is no longer in stock, your original shipment will be returned to you.
Please note: We will not accept apparel exchanges if the apparel smells of detergent, perfume/cologne, have makeup on them, pet hair or other obvious wear.
